• If you need to cancel your reservations for any reason, the following Lake Austin Spa Resort Cancellation Policy will apply:
- If you cancel 30 days or more prior to your scheduled arrival, your entire prepayment will be refunded.
- Prepayments for reservations cancelled 15- 29 days prior to arrival will be held for one year for a future overnight stay.
- At or within 14 days prior to your arrival date, we will charge the provided credit card for the remaining balance. This full payment includes full package rate, service charge, and taxes. The full payment will be charged to the credit card provided.
- No refund will be provided for any cancellations 0- 14 days prior to arrival, your entire balance will be forfeited
