* Daily breakfast at HāLani: Guestroom or suite, for up to two people per room with a maximum of $80 daily per room. Private residence, for up to four people per residence with a maximum of $160 daily per residence.

* Cancellation and change policy: For Guestroom or Suite, reservation must be cancelled by 6pm Hawaii time at least 7 days prior to expected arrival time. Cancellation within 7 days of expected arrival time will result in forfeiture of two-night deposit. We ask that you cancel at least 7 days prior to arrival to avoid fees of the deposit on file. Fees may apply for date changes within the 7-day cancellation period. This includes date changes and any shortening of the dates of stay. For Private Residences, reservation must be cancelled by 6pm Hawaii Time at least 30 days prior to the expected arrival date. Cancellation policy is 30 days prior to expected arrival date. At 30 days prior to arrival date, full remaining payment of the nights reserved is due and becomes non-refundable. Cancellation within the 30 days will result in forfeiture of the full payment. This includes date changes and any shortening of the dates of stay within the 30 days prior to expected arrival date.
