• Booking policy: A credit card will be placed on file at time of booking to confirm reservation. No deposit is taken at time of booking. At 30 days prior to arrival date, full payment of reservation is charged to the credit card on file and becomes non-refundable.
• Cancellation policy: Cancellation must occur more than 30 days prior to expected arrival date. Cancellation within the 30 days will result in forfeiture of the full payment. This includes date changes and any shortening of the dates of stay within the 30 days prior to expected arrival date.
